Qualification Requirements
Bachelors degree with mimimum of five (5) years related experience, preferably in a product development environment.
 
Preferred Qualifications
The principal responsibility of this position is to assist Product Development in operational, managerial and engineering activities to ensure that the quality of products and their processes is achieved, maintained and improved. This individual will use statistical and quality tools throughout the phases of product development. Responsibilities include participation in design control activities such as customer requirements definition, risk management, verification and validation, and quality/reliability planning.
 
Responsibilities
Use concepts of probability and statistical quality control to guide decisions. Lead process analysis and control activities. Lead activities associated with metrology, inspection and testing. Implement and improve methods of incoming material control. Review and analyze in-process and finished product testing and inspection results to provide direction for corrective and preventive actions and/or process improvement activities. Provide quality engineering methods and training to co-workers. Maintain a cooperative and motivational attitude with co-workers. Establish, follow, and improve corporate, department, and other company procedures. Design experiments to understand sources of variation affecting products and processes. Participate in design control activities. Establish customer requirements. Provide written and oral reports to supervisor or other management personnel to keep them informed of activities and results. Generate or evaluate process design feasibility studies. Communicate quality objectives. Perform product, process and quality system audits. Plan, analyze, and/or maintain quality information systems. Adhere to and ensure the compliance of Arrow's Code of Conduct all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards.
